Berlin: Senior architect required

Job Description
German- Irish, Berlin based practice is
seeking for a Senior Architect to join the
practice and to support one of the 2
partners. Our clients are predominantly
English speaking with an interest in
property investments in Germany. Our
projects include refurbishment projects,project monitoring, technical Due Diligence, post project evaluation, option studies, building inspections, cost calculations and property development.
Due to increasing work load we are now
recruiting an experienced Architect.
The ideal candidate will have:

- Min 5 years experience
- Fluent in spoken and written English and German
- Report writing skills (Technical Due
Diligence, option studies, etc..)
- Be comfortable conducting client
meetings as necessary
- Site experience
- Experience in costing (DIN 276)
- Excellent communication and
organisational skills
- Familiar with the German Planning and
Building Regulations
